GM INVESTMENTS Group.On August 6, 2007, by means of a stock transfer, Moritani & Co., Ltd. established its parent company holding 100% of the stock of Moritani Co., Ltd. under the name of "K.K. GM INVESTMENTS" chiey with the object of strengthening control of Group management. Further, with a view to increasing the transparency of Group management, enhancing the business protability of Moritani & Co., Ltd. and promoting the continued growth of the Group as a whole, Moritani & Co., Ltd. demerged its real estate management and securities investment businesses to form separate companies as of December 1, 2007.As a result, the gures for the period under review in this Business Report show K.K. GM INVESTMENTS as a consolidated parent company. Please note that the gures for earlier consolidated accounting periods, shown for comparison with the K.K.
